Warranty/Return Policy
1. Three-year comprehensive warranty
If your instrument malfunctions within three years of the order delivery date, we will repair or replace it. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and ensure that you can resume normal use as soon as possible.
2. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied for any reason within 60 days of the order’s delivery date, you may return any LED panel or portable (non-skin-adhesive) product you purchased to us for a refund.
Scope of Application: This policy applies only to LED panels and the portable series; it does not apply to any skin-contact products sold separately.
3. Terms and Conditions
Return Fees and Restrictions:
When returning products for reasons other than quality issues, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Med Glow LED. International shipping costs are non-refundable.
The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories; otherwise, the warehouse will refuse the return. Once Med Glow LED receives the product and verifies that it is undamaged and all accessories are included, a refund will be issued.
An 8% fee for equipment inspection and professional maintenance will be charged for any voluntarily returned order. As the Med Glow LED is a precision instrument, all returned products must undergo in-depth performance testing and calibration by professional engineers. This fee is intended solely to cover the associated technical inspection costs; our company strictly prohibits the direct resale of returned products. Any additional shipping or insurance fees charged at the time of order are non-refundable.
The instrument must be delivered to our returns center within 60 days of receipt. If this deadline is exceeded, the instrument will automatically be returned to the sender.
Once the equipment and/or product has been signed for by the recipient, it is considered "unboxed" or "used" regardless of its condition. Therefore, if a return is requested, the customer must pay all equipment repair and professional maintenance fees. No exceptions will be made.
Warranty Claims and Coverage:
Med Glow LED will evaluate each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. All warranty claims must be accompanied by photographs and/or video files submitted by the customer as proof; otherwise, they will not be processed.
Warranty solutions may include, but are not limited to: shipping replacement parts, providing telephone or email support for troubleshooting, or replacing the product with a new or refurbished unit.
The warranty period is 3 years from the date of purchase. Any damage to the light fixture caused by the customer is not covered by the warranty. This includes damage resulting from drops, misuse, unauthorized disassembly or opening of the fixture, or damage caused during the installation of the mounting bracket (including incorrect installation of screws or bolts).
Refusal of Delivery and Undeliverable:
Any goods that have been properly shipped but are subsequently refused by the recipient, or that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer and are returned to our warehouse, will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. For any returned domestic or international shipments, the initial shipping charges, additional shipping insurance premiums, and/or any duties or taxes already collected are non-refundable.
Transfer Restrictions:
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of products purchased directly from Med Glow LED’s official channels or authorized dealers, and is non-transferable.
Accessories Terms:
All sales of stands and/or optional accessories (such as remote controls) are final and non-returnable.
Return Policy:
To initiate a voluntary return, customers must contact Med Glow LED Customer Support in writing via email (cs@medglowledlight.com) to obtain a return authorization. If the device is returned without prior notice or authorization, Med Glow LED will not be held liable for any loss of the product.
Pricing Policy:
The final payment amount for an order is determined by the date of purchase. Med Glow LED will not retroactively apply discounts from future or current sales, promotions, referrals, or other campaigns after an order has been completed and shipped.
