  1. Processing Time
    All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

  2. Delivery Time

    • Hong Kong/Macau: 3–7 business days

    • Taiwan: 5–10 business days

    • Singapore/Malaysia: 7–12 business days

    • Delivery times for other regions are subject to actual logistics conditions
      (Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, and other factors)

  3. Shipping costs

    • The checkout page will automatically display the shipping rates for your region.

    • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (if a promotion is in effect)

  4. Tracking Information
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the delivery status at any time.

  5. Incorrect Address
    If delivery is impossible, the item is returned, or there is a delay due to the buyer providing an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any related costs.

  6. Delivery Issues
    If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but the buyer has not received it, please contact the shipping company to investigate. If the issue is the shipping company’s responsibility, we will assist in resolving it; however, if it is due to the recipient’s negligence, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.
